Need a new or updated announcement? Use the form below.

  • New Registration Form? Submit 3–4 weeks in advance.

  • Revised Form or No Form Needed? Deadline is TWO WEEKS before your announcement needs to run (in slides and the digital bulletin).

Aim to have your announcement circulating 2–3 weeks before your event for best results!

Please provide the *EXACT* name of the event you wish to advertise.

Does this announcement have existing graphics (that need to be revised) or will it need a new graphic?

For new graphics, you have two options:

1) Upload an image for inspiration only (even if it’s an existing event graphic—this helps us understand your vision), OR
2) Let the Communications Team create the design and set the tone.

If you don’t upload a file or include notes in the next section, we’ll assume you’re giving us full creative freedom.

    Please include any notes regarding your new graphic. (i.e., where to find a "book study" graphic that already exists, etc.), or any "feel" you would like for your image to embody.

    Please provide the exact wording you'd like in your announcement. This will be the paragraph posted on Church Center. Keep it short—2–3 sentences max—and make sure it includes the who, what, where, and when (date, time, location, free childcare, etc.). Be clear and direct—less is more!

    Please provide the exact text for your slide/graphic. Keep it very brief—just the key info: event name, day/time/location, cost (if any), and “Register on Church Center.” This is the short text that goes on the image, so it must be clean and simple.

    Will you need a Registration Form created for your event? (Or duplicated from a prior event?)

    Date

    Please include a start time and and end time. Please indicate whether or not you will have a "set-up time" before hand and a "clean-up" time frame afterwards.

    Please indicate the amount of your fee, different types of registrations (i.e., child, adult, volunteer, etc.).

    Please attach any forms you need included. (in the form of a PDF or a Word Doc, etc.)
