Screenagers: Growing Up in the Digital Age takes a close look at the challenges families face in today’s tech-filled world. Physician and filmmaker Delaney Ruston explores how social media, video games, and shrinking attention spans affect kids’ development, mental health, and family life, all through a personal, relatable lens. The film also shares practical, hopeful strategies to help young people build a balanced relationship with technology.

After the screening, a Panel of Experts will dive deeper into the effects of digital devices on children and share actionable tips for guiding kids toward healthier screen habits.

Parents, grandparents, teachers, caregivers, youth volunteers… basically anyone who spends time with kids, is encouraged to attend.
