Emotionally Healthy Relationships - Church-Wide Study
Discipleship that deeply changes your relationship with others.

God designed relationships to be life-giving, but all too often we repeat unhealthy patterns that leave us frustrated, hurt, or disconnected.

Emotionally Healthy Relationships is a discipleship course that helps you break those old patterns and build mature, loving relationships with others. The course teaches eight practical relationship skills, such as:

  • Stop mind reading and clarify expectations
  • Incarnational listening
  • Climb the ladder of integrity
  • Clean fighting                                  

Since loving others and loving God cannot be separated, each person will grow in their personal, relationship with Jesus by incorporating stillness, silence, and scripture as daily life rhythms.

EHR Starts the week of January 26th and runs through the week of March 16th.

Mondays: 6:45pm - 8:00pm
Wednesdays: 9:00am - 10:45am
Mondays - Couples Group: 6:00pm - 7:30pm
(for couples that have young children and need childcare) 

Cost $30 - for EHR Book Set (Book, Workbook, Devotional)
